Darren and his team completed two buildings on this repurposed site. A market rate apartment building with a separate mixed income building. Total amount of dwelling units is 160 distributed within two (4) story buildings. Sound Transmission Class distinctions between the two buildings varied which in turn, influenced the final structural detailing.
